HE WAS EVADING HIS ARREST AND ON RUN IN A CASE OF FIRING AT POLICE TEAM.
HE ABSCONDING SINCE 2018 I.E. REGISTRATION OF THE CASE.
A team of Special Cell/Northern Range, led by Inspr. Puran Pant under the supervision of Sh. Rahul Kumar Singh, ACP/Special Cell Northern Range, Rohini, Delhi has apprehended one Sachin Baliyan @ Nitu s/o Puran Singh r/o Bawana, Delhi (Permanent Address-Vill-Kakra, Distt- Muzzafarnagar, UP). He was wanted & has already been declared Proclaimed Offender in case FIR No-17/2018, dated 30/01/2018, u/s 186/353/307/34 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act, PS-Naraina, Delhi. In this case, while intercepting a suspected vehicle of car jackers, a Sub-Inspector of Special Staff/Dwarka District had sustained bullet injury on his leg fired by accused persons. Accused Sachin Balyan @ Nitu was on run since the registration of the case FIR No 17/18 above.
Team, Development of Information & Operation
The Teams of Special Cell, Northern Range, Rohini relentlessly working on wanted criminals of heinous nature cases to ascertain the possibility of joining notorious gangs by them. In the process, the team has identified one Sachin Baliyan @ Nitu above, who was on run and was declared Proclaimed Offender in case FIR No-17/2018, dated 30/01/2018, u/s 186/353/307/34 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act, PS- Naraina, Delhi. On 30.01.2018, while intercepting a suspected vehicle of car jackers by the police team of Special Staff/Dwarka District, Delhi, the occupants (accused persons) of the car fired at police team resulting in bullet injury on leg of Sub-Inspector of Special Staff/Dwarka and accused persons fled away from the spot. Accused Sachin Baliyan is also one of the accused person, who was on run since the registration of the case and he was already been declared Proclaimed Offender by the Ld. court of Sh. Rahul Jain, MM, Patiala House Courts, Delhi vide order dated 15.05.2024.
From the last one month, the team made rigorous ground work and raided number of suspected UP & Delhi based hideouts of the accused Sachin Baliyan. At several occasions, he had narrowly escaped from the clutches of the team, but the dedicated team continued developing information about him and finally efforts bore fruits when on 31/03/2025, Sachin Baliyan s /o Puran Singh above was apprehended from Bawana, Delhi.
ACCUSED PROFILE& INTERROGATION:-
Sachin Baliyan s/o Puran Singh r/o Bawana, Delhi,(Aged-43 yrs):-
Accused Sachin Balyanwas born on 10 Feb. 1982 in Vill-Kakra, Tehsil-Budhana, Muzaffarpur, UP. His father is running a dairy of Milk products at Sector-5, Rohini, Delhi & his mother has already expired. He has studied upto 8th standard and has three brothers. He is married and has one son & one daughter. He came to Delhi in 2004-05 where he lived with his family in Ishwar Colony, Bawana, Delhi & where he also started a Milk dairy and shop of Dairy products in Sector-17, Rohini, Delhi. In 2012, due to financial problem, he came in contact with bad elements & started committing crime.
Wanted/Proclaimed Offender In:-
1. FIR No-17/2018, dated 30/01/2018, u/s 186/353/307/34 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act, PS- Naraina, Delhi. (Declared Proclaimed offender on 15.05.2024)
2. FIR No- 37/2012, U/s 392/397/120B/34 IPC and 25 Arms Act, PS-DLF 2, Gurugram, Haryana.(Declared Proclaimed offender on 20.02.2017)
Further investigation is going on.
