* 02 CASES OF ROBBERY/THEFT OF OUTER-NORTH DISTRICT SOLVED.
* THE SCOOTY USED IN ROBBERY ALONG WITH ONE STOLEN MOTORCYCLE RECOVERED FROM ACCUSSED.
INFORMATION: –
On 19/09/2024, Victim R/o Holambi Khurd, Delhi, Age- 58 yrs was going to his home from Village Shahpur Garhi to Holambi Khurd. When he reached near Ganda Nala, Shahpur Garhi, Delhi, suddenly three boys came from behind on a Scooty and one of them caught him by the neck from behind and the other 2 boys took his two mobiles and his purse which contained Rs 3800 and his Aadhar Card. Then all three boys ran away on their Scooty.
OPERATION: –
Just after receiving the call the Investigation Officer reached the spot where the complainant Somdutt met. The statement of Complainant was recorded and on his statement a case vide FIR No. 891/24, U/s- 309(4)/3(5) BNS,Dated- 20/09/2024 got registered. A team was formed under the supervision of ACP/Narela Sh. Rishi Kumar and SHO/P. S NIA Inspr. Manoj Kumar, comprising IO/SI Vishnu HC Manjeet and Ct. Sandeep.
During the investigation, the investigation officer along with HC Manjeet No. 2135/OND, Ct. Sandeep No. 2528/OND and the complainant Somdutt was searching the accused and then a local informer gave information that today a boy who commits such crimes is coming towards Holambi Mod. On getting the information, the undersigned along with along with HC Manjeet, Ct. Sandeep and the complainant Somdutt reached Holambi Mod, Main Narela-Alipur road, Delhi to arrest the accused. At around 11:30 PM, the accused person came on a Blue Colour Scooty. Seeing him the informer told the undersigned that he is the accused person in the above-mentioned case. With the help HC Manjeet & Ct. Sandeep the accused person was caught who later told his name as Suraj R/o Metro Vihar,
Phase-2, Holambi Kalan, Delhi and the complainant Somdutt on seeing that boy said that he is the boy who had robbed him. During the cursory search of accused Suraj, Rs. 700 and Aadhar Card of complainant was recovered from his pocket. The scooty recovered was found to be stolen and in this regard, E-FIR no.- 15237/24, U/s- 379 IPC, Dated- 28/05/2024 is registered at PS Krishna Nagar, Distt. Shahdra, Delhi.
NAME AND PROFILE OF ACCUSED ARRESTED: –
Suraj S/o Chhotelal R/o Metro Vihar, Phase-2, Holambi Kalan, Delhi, Age- 32 Yrs.
Accused person is a habitual criminal and he has been involved in many cases in the past.
